Já conheço a Taaj há uns aninhos valentes e já ofereci inclusivé coisas da marca, embora pessoalmente nunca tenha usado nada, até a Sweetcare me enviar este La Crème de Reine*, o novo lançamento da marca em exclusivo na Sweetcare.
Mas voltando um pouco atrás, a Taaj é uma marca francesa inspirada nos rituais Ayurveda (conjunto de terapias indianas para bem-estar) e com fortes raízes na Índia, mas com a expertise francesa. Este La Crème de Reine é a homenagem do fundador da marca à sua esposa que, curiosamente se chama Reine, da mesma forma que o Taaj Mahal é a expressão de amor de um homem por uma mulher. Agora é assim, senhores, próximo dia de S. Valentim a fasquia está oficialmente elevada (brincadeirinha...)!
E o que é que tenho a dizer sobre o creme em si? Ele tem mais de 40 extractos de plantas (eu tentei fotografar o INCI mas ele quase não é visível a olho humano, em foto ficou ainda mais difícil), colagénio, elastina e agentes emolientes como manteiga de ghee (manteiga indiana) e mel. O ácido hialurónico, na minha opinião, não deveria vir destacado porque é perfeitamente residual na formulação.
Em relação ao creme em si, devo dizer que é um creme extremamente agradável e rico, perfeito quer para uma pele seca, quer para uma pele com sinais de idade visíveis e alguma necesidade de algo mais confortável. Se estão à procura de um creme rico e luxuoso, experimentem este, que dá também um excelente presente!
I've known Taaj for years now, and I've even offered stuff from the brand, although personally, I've never tried on anything on myself until Sweetcare has sent me this La Crème de Reine, the new launch by the brand which is an exclusive on Sweetcare.
But rewinding a bit, let me introduce you to Taaj, if you don't know the brand yet. It's a French brand that has its roots in the Ayurveda Indian rituals (for those that, like me, know nothing about this, Ayurveda describes a series of rituals and therapies to promote health and well-being). This particular product was created by the founder of the brand for his wife, who's name is actually Reine in a tribute much similar to the Taaj Mahal, as it also was built in tribute to a woman. So guys, this means you kinda have to step up your game on next Valentine's day (just kidding...).
About the product itself: it has over 40 plant extracts (I tried to take pictures of the INCI to share with you, but it's impossible as it's barely visible to human eye), collagen, elatsin and many emollients like ghee butter and honey. As for the hyaluronic acid, in my humble opinion, it shouldn't be highlighted as it's very vestigial in the formulation.
This is a very rich and emollient cream, suitable for dry to mature skin types and you'll love it if your skin is lacking elasticity and glow. If you find your skin is always dry and crackling, do try this one!
